What Personal Data do we collect?

When you enter into a business transaction with Trench Limited it is necessary for us to collate information in order for us to carry out this business transaction. Most of the information we hold is not “personal” so it will not be covered by the new privacy policy, however, in the case of Sole Traders/Unincorporated Partnerships most of the information we hold will be personal and for Limited Companies/Incorporated Partnerships the privacy policy only covers personal information relating to Directors/Shareholders & Key People.

By trading with Trench Limited either as a Supplier or a Customer you consent to our use of your personal data to enable us to carry out our legitimate business transactions with yourselves.

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form/email link on our website the data that you supply will not be stored by this website or passed/be processed by any third party processors. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent directly to us. We will simply use this information to reply to your request. Please note not all mail servers are secure and we would suggest that you always consider an email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.
