Subject to the approval of the cartel authorities OBO Bettermann Holding GmbH & Co. KG will acquire the Cable Management division from REHAU AG + CO. next year. With this acquisition, both companies are pursuing a common goal of concentrating on their respective core product ranges to achieve further growth.
